Not all cenospheres are alike. In fact, they can be quite different. The properties of cenospheres depend on the consistency of the coal used and the operating parameters of the power plant. As long as these two factors remain constant, the cenospheres will be very consistent. |
 |
Cenospheres have a particle size range of 10-600 micron. The most typical products we produce range 10-300, 10-150, and 300-600 micron respectively.
 |
Equipped with both unique processing systems and the unique testing instrument, each of the following products is precisely processed with very accurate top cuts and particle distributions. Our goal is to provide cenosphere solutions for you the customer. Whatever the application, we are confident we can supply cenospheres that will meet your needs. |

SC SERIES:
Commonly used in building products as light filler. Cenospheres enhance products by reducing density, reducing resin demand, and increasing volume
load capacity. This in turn will lead to a reduction in
formulation costs.
SH SERIES:
Excellent choice for use by
service companies in the oilfield industry.
In oilfield cementing applications,
SH series spheres decrease
the slurry density without increasing the water content. This
in turn provides better compressive strength to the cement.
SE SERIES:
This series is an excellent choice when a lower specific
gravity material is required. Commonly used in oilfield drilling services and building products as light filler. There are also many other applications such as refractory works, foundry, automobile parts, ceramic products, etc.
